Local Shipping to Hong Kong / Macau
- All orders will be shipped by S.F. Express.
- Free Shipping for Orders over HKD$1000
- Flat rate of $30 (for HK) $40( for Macau) will be charged.
- Delivery estimated to be 2-3 business days.
- Tracking code will be provided through email.
- You can use any SF EXPRESS station / Smart Locker / 7-11 / OK pick up point.
Shipping to Taiwan
- 我們將以順豐快遞寄去台灣
- 訂單滿HKD $1500免運費
- 未滿$1500的訂單，將劃一收HKD $60 運費
- **客人需要提供已登記實名認證的身份證字號，我們需要填在順豐單上
- 順利寄出後，你會收到附有順豐單號的電郵，正常會在四個工作天內收包裹。
Shipping to Singapore / Malaysia
- All orders will be shipped by S.F. Express.
- Free Shipping for Orders over HKD$3000
- We will charge a flat rate of HKD$150 for orders below 1.6kg, and HKD$250 for orders above 1.6kg.
- Usually you will receive your package within 4 business days.
- Import tax/custom charges is not included in the shipping fee, recipients are responsible for the charges.
Shipping to all other Countries
- We do not usually ship to other countries, please contact hello@feverguy.com with the item that you to purchase, to receive a separate shipping quote.
Please be advised that import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once the parcel arrives at the destination country. These charges are determined by the customs office of the regarding destination. Payment of these charges and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by FEVERGUY. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office. In some occasions, packages may be delayed due to custom clearance.
